Processing Time

All candles are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for support.
