Refunds

Because all Hall & Hall Candles products are custom-made and hand-poured to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Each candle is made specifically based on your selected scent, jar, and design choices, which means it is uniquely created for you.

 

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days to process before shipping.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or resolution if applicable.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because each candle is made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12–24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.

Please note:

Because each candle is handmade, slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance may occur. This is what makes each piece unique.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
